Katherine Haddock prepares everything from U and T visa applications to PERM labor certification applications, H-1B temporary work visa applications, citizenship applications, and family-based permanent residency applications as Senior Associate Attorney for Helen Tarokic Law PLLC. Katherine joined Helen Tarokic Law PLLC in August of 2017.
Originally from Alabama, Katherine graduated valedictorian from NC State with a degree in international studies, while studies in Valdivia, Chile led to time spent in Mexico, Guatemala and Spain and honing her Spanish skills. Katherine graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law, and was the recipient of CALI awards in Legal Writing, Immigration Law, and Child Advocacy; a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society; and finished in the top 15% of her class. She served as an MLK intern for the Battered Immigrant Project of Legal Aid of North Carolina and interned at the Forsyth County District Attorney’s office. While at Wake Forest Law, Katherine was Vice President of the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition and the coordinator of the Immigration Pro Bono Project. Her background includes 90 hours of pro bono service preparing powers of attorney and naturalization applications, and conducting interviews toward obtaining DV protective orders.
Katherine and her husband enjoy movies, live music, and walking their dog, Murray.
