Cory Sagduyu, Esq.

Cory Sagduyu is a Senior Associate Attorney at Helen Tarokic Law PLLC, where she handles a variety of immigration case types, with a focus on T visa cases. Previously, she represented clients in a variety of humanitarian matters before USCIS, immigration courts, and family courts as a Supervising Attorney at the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas in Dallas. Before that, she worked at Ayuda as a Skadden Fellow and Staff Attorney, where she represented survivors of trafficking, domestic violence, and other crimes. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is licensed in Texas.
